Beaumaris bay area home prices soar over the last quarter January to March 2014. The last time prices were nearly this high, was back in December 2010.
March’s Median sales price climbed nearly 16% from December’s quarter, the last time we had such a significant increase was back in December 2009. These impressive price gains, pushed Beaumaris median house price to $1,220,000.
